NO REWARDS VITALITY

At the beginning of November I queried my excercise goals with discovery vitality. I was told that it will be sent to the managers for approval. This was done. I was given a reference number ***. It is now end of November and all I am being told after following up every time is that the inquiry is being logged or it is escalated or the back office nees to allocate these plays. 30 DAYS of following up while these people are on time with taking money out of my account yet they cannot extend the same courtesy with this query.
