No Reward Partner Points!!!!!

On the 16 of September I referred my query to Vitality regarding my Healthy Partner Reward points - specifically at Clicks. For the cashback period July - September, I have not received ANY Vitality points on Healthy Care products, which is completely absurd, as I have spent over R3 000 during this period on various Healthy Care items as well as medication. I keep getting emails that a Vitality Manager is investigating, but NO response on to what is happening and how they are going to resolve this!!!! My cashback for the July - September period has now already been paid out to me, without the accumulation of my Vitality points! SO what is the purpose of me paying R400 a month for Vitality and you do not honour your part of the deal??????
