No Response yet again

Been a few weeks now that i have asked Vitality to to update a weekly run which i did which they did not include for the the week 14/09/2019 - 20/09/2019. I sent an email with screen shots with proof of my run and they have not responded or fixed it.

Only ever action something once I have complained on hello peter, poor service indeed, lets hope its sorted.
