No response from Vitality!

I app**** for Vitality on Friday and requested it be back dated to this month as I don't mind paying for the days I did not make use of and Lerato who contacted me said he would surely do that after I've sent him confirmation that it would be part of my payroll for this month. I sent confirmation on Friday already to which he responded \Hi can you send me the confirmation"then I told him I did and he should read below. It's Tuesday and I've not heard a word from him nor anyone at Vitality even after I posted for them to call me and they said they would. I have a ref number and an email stating my vitality is working from April. Promises were made and I'm so disgusted by the way in which vitality handles people who actually want to belong to this programme!!! """
