No response back for over 4 weeks

I have had to resort to this to get Discovery Vitality's attention.

I've had an issue with my Apple watch not recording the heart rate correctly for over 4 weeks now. Which in turn, makes me not achieve my weekly goals.
I do a lot of weight training and from the research iv'e done online, the Apple watch does not register the heart rate correctly due to the movements. Has this issue been know to Discovery??
I have done all the necessary tips and tricks online to helping it read properly to no avail. eg: tighten the strap, not move so much. Whats the point if it doesn't work anyway?

No one has come back to me regarding this and I am infuriated as now i'm being charged for the watch when i have clearly done the workouts and have proof thereof (and witnesses). To add to this problem, the points device at my gym has not been recording my registration either. What is going on?
I'm completely boggled by the lack of interest from Discovery Vitality to fix my problem.
I am willing to give in my Apple watch to end this problem (I would require my deposit back and the amount I paid extra for the size I bought).

Someone help me please!
