No response after complaint has been lodge from discover health

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to Trevor Richard for reaching out to me regarding my situation with Discovery Health. He informed me that a consultant from Vitality would be in touch with me to assess the matter and evaluate the cause behind it. I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of their investigation, and I am grateful to have someone like Trevor Richard working on my case.

However, I regret to share that I have yet to receive any communication from Vitality since our last conversation. I would like to request immediate action on this matter, as it is causing inconvenience and distress. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate it further. I hope for swift and effective resolution to this matter.
