No response 6 weeks later

A month later I'm still waiting for response and action from Vitality. To make matters worse my membership was cancelled without my knowledge. I've called vitality 4 times enquiring about the progress and I'm told that Sipho Mathe will be incontact with me soon. How soon is this 6 weeks later.Regarding the UNSAFE CUDDLE CO baby seat. After 12 years of loyal membership
