No refunds, absolutely shocking service

Absolutely terrible experience. Used the pay as you gym feature for a few months without issue until it stopped working a month ago. Was told to pay the entry and i would be refunded but I haven’t even received a single refund.

Additionally, it has now finally been “fixed” allowing me to generate and pay for the QR code, yet this still does not grant me entry, meaning i have now paid again just to not be able to enter the gym.

This is absolutely shocking service and I am owed a lot of money in refunds and also no resolution has been found for their terrible system issues.
