NO REFUND OR TRAVEL VOUCHER FOR FLIGHTS FROM DISCOVERY VITALITY DUE TO COVID19

Purchased Air Tickets via Discovery Vitality to fly to India in April but due to the situation with COVID19 India has suspended all incoming VISAs. After holding for numerous hours the call centre picks up and refuses any refund or travel voucher request the only solution the offer is to change your date no further than June 30th but this requires an additional payment of +-R2000 change per ticket and in the event it is still not clear by the 30th of June you will have to pay more to change your tickets again. Extremely unacceptable given the situation is out of your control.
