No points for my comrades qualifier marathon

Because of Discovery's new points system I can not earn any points for the 42km Jackie Gibson marathon I ran on the 3rd of April. This was a big comrades Qualifier event. I was told by Discovery that it was not timed by one of their 4 timing partners. So the people who ran the 10km Beer run on the same day gets points for their race, but not me. I was told by someone handling their Facebook if the organizers of the event will send them verified Data of the results, that they will add it for me. I went to all the trouble to get it, only to be told they won't support it when I ask who to submit it too. I was told the new system is to make the customers life easier. I can't see how this is easier as I use to just log on, enter my race number on the event and got my points. No wonder my friends are all cancelling Vitality. It's starting to lose it's value.
