No one has a clue!!!

After almost 2 months of phoning everyday, just trying to get the apple watch through Discovery - which is a service they offer NO ONE HAS A CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON! Everyday I am told a different story and that "something" is now being escalated. We will phone you back by close of business today Mr Raubach NOT ONCE HAS SOMEONE PHONED ME BACK!!! Worst service I have ever received.
