NO MORE VITALITY FOR ME ??

At the beginning of August I was denied access to Virgin Active who told me that my Vitality membership had been cancelled. I have spent nearly 2 months trying to find out why. I have written countless emails (including to Mr Barry Sundelson) , spent ages on the phone , all to no avail. I was first told by Natalie Makobela that my membership was cancelled in 2002! Impossible so she promised to get back to me - nothing. Then Marcelle told me that there had been a systems glitch & that I had been re-instated. Again I was denied admission to Virgin active, Then Tuli told me that I was in arrears, but could not tell me why. He promised that Marcelle would get back to me within a day - nothing a week later. All I want to know is 'WHY?' A stony silence from Mr Sundelson & his minions!
