No joy trying to book a health check

I have been trying to book a Vitality health check at the DISCOVERY STORE in Sandton. I have forgotten my password to do it online but receive no email to enable me to reset my password. When I try contacting the store to book directly, no one answers and there is just an unintelligible noise on the other end ! Come on Discovery........ surely you're better than that !
