No help from Discovery regarding Garmin not syncin

I received a garmin watch for christmas, and since then I have been trying to upload my runs onto the discovery vitality website. This has failed every time. I have emailed discovery multiple times, and have received some feedback, but nothing works. They have asked for screen shots, uninstalling the software, and installing older versions of the software. Nothing has worked. Now they seem to have lost interest. I am really unhappy with this service. It would seem they couldnt be bothered.
