No Feedback to My Numerous Queries *** &

Years ago I bought a Discovery Vitality approved Nike watch with GPS and HR functionality to synch with Discovery Vitality in order to earn Vitality points when I exercised.

I was informed last year that support for Nike watch would be stopped, and that for the same sort of functionality I would be required to change devices.

To this end I looked the approved devices on offer, and opted to go for the Fitbit Surge, the rationale is that this device offered the same functionality, and the ability to track steps (I had also been using the Fitbit Flex).

On Saturday the 5th of March, I received email detailing how my watch would no longer be supported for HR function, and was offered to swap my R4,000 watch for a R1,000 Heart Rate Band (ridiculous!)

I'm sure this is incorrect and sent a mail immediately to understand the offer better, and received a generic mail detailing nothing specific on the 07th of March.

I then responded by e-mail again asking for more detail, being more specific as to the problem, I then called the call centre, oke an ill equipped agent, and was promised a manager call.

To date I have receive no feedback or call, you had seven days to do this
