NO FEEDBACK FROM HELLO PETER COMPLAINT, MAKING THIS COMPLAINT NO.2

Still no FEEDBACK after HELLO PETER complaint and constant emails, useless claims department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still nothing on my claim! Pathetic, unresponsive claims department! We pay for a service and get treated like this! Time to find a new medical aid.
