No feedback as promised
I logged query Ref *** on 20 Jan and have since had contact with 3 different consultants without any resolution. The person I spoke to on Monday promised to have investigated and given feedback by yesterday, however I am still waiting. Is it really too much to ask just for someone to keep you updated? The service so far has been disappointing to say the least.
