No feedback

<p>I am a vitality member I pay a premium of R199 each month. Yet I get no no no feedback and I don't even have a vitality card.what is going on. I am good enough to pay my money . Sort this out now please. I have the discovery app on my phone and have asked many times. Just to be ignored. This is utterly unprofessional</p>
