I did my Vitality checks in Feb and points were allocated. My with did hers not so long ago and I submitted proof thereof and someone rep**** saying she cant be allocated more points since you can only get points once a year. I rep**** to the email explaining that it was the first time this year she did her checks and the earlier ones were mine and so far no one bothered to come back to me. Way to go, great service you giving us!
