No customer service ???

Why am I calling and wasting my time only to be answered by and automated voiceover that disconnects me??? Medical Aid, Life Insurance, Vitality, Car and Home Insurance all with Discovery. If this was an emergency, and I had to wait that long for customer service, that would be my las interaction with Discovery.
