No Contact, rude service and false deductions

I wrote a review not so long ago and no one has contacted me.

Vitality tried to deduct R798 from my account when I signed up for the 3 months free. I spoke to a live chat agents who was rude amd adamant that I signed in May when I signed in June and my confirmation email confirms that. This is besides the point though seeing as they attempted to deduct money end July.

I have yet to be contacted by a senior representative as requested and now my Discovery app says I don't have Vitality.

Very disappointed
