No communication!!!

I ordered my team Vitality running pack online and paid via eft. I got an sms saying that my pack will come to me in a matter of days. On Tuesday ( 02/02/16) I got an sms from digital Planet saying that they will deliver my parcel on behalf of discovery between 09:00 and 17:00, a delivery which never happened with no explanation given. On Wednesday ( 03/03/16) I got the same sms and when I saw that there was still no communication to me I called Digital Planet and was helped by Elizabeth who ensured me that the driver will definitely deliver before 5 pm she even gave me the driver's management number which I called at 16:45 and was told that the driver is not answering his phone. Efforts to call Discovery Vitality throughout these two days have been in vain because I can't get through theit call centre and eventually have to drop the phone and focus on my work. I want discovery to take responsibility for this and bring their choice of courier company to order because this is unacceptable, I knock off at 15:30 normally and have sacrificed 3 hours of my life over two days and still there's no delivery, no communication!!! I'm just left in the dark!!! Unacceptable!!!!
