No cash rewards paid out since December 2015

I joined Team Vitality running club based on what they were offering , which was cash back rewards on qualifying road races. To date on 07 March 2016 i have not been paid a single cent for this and Call centre says its a system problem. This is ********* false advertising as the rewards tag line is used to get new members and they do not deliver on their obligations. I have since logged a call under reference number : *** with no satisfactory feedback. DISCOVERY PLEASE MEET YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND PAY BACK PEOPLE\S MONEY. average holding time at their call centre is 15 minutes for your call to be attended to. Every call centre consultants keeps on saying.. We will pay out once the systems are fine but cannot give a definite date."
