No cash back on Adventure Bootcamp and Total Sport

I wrote a report on Hello Peter on the 12 Feb 2016 regarding cashbacks not received over a 3 month period. Discovery rep**** with a reference no ***. I was asked to send bank statements which I promptly did. Still no cash backs. I called many times for feedback. I get different answers. Some consultants said I would see the cash back in the next run (this has not happened). Others say for Adventure Bootcamp you are only refunded quarterly. For the Total Sports cashback they keep saying it has been escalated and they will provide feedback urgently. Nobody bothers to provide feedback.I have no doubt Discovery is going to respond with another dead end reference no. It's actually false advertising to claim that members will receive cashbacks and then Discovery does not track these or payout or resolve queries when members point it out. Discovery Vitality you are dishonest and should stop advertising things you cannot deliver on and your consultants need some serious training.
