No cash back, Adventure Bootcamp, Total Sports

I am a platinum Discovery Vitality member. I registered and paid for Adventure Bootcamp on the 15 Dec 2015 and 27 Jan 2016. I have to date received no cash back. I have queried this with the call center several times. I have, at their request, sent several screenshots of payment and proof of registration but have received no feedback as to why I am not being refunded.<br> I also made substantial purchases at Total Sports on the 20/01/2016 and the 31/12/2015 for which I have not received any cash back.<br> Please can Discovery respond as to why they are not refunding my cash backs and why all my queries to them have been ignored?
