No card for over 2 months&many calls&promises!!!!

I joined Vitality at the start of January&it has been a nightmare ever since.<br> They double charged me and have not sent my Pick n Pay card.<br> I called after 2 weeks&they assured me it had been posted.<br> I called a week later&the nice man said he would courier it.<br> I called 2 weeks later&they said it had been authorised but was still in their post office.<br> I called a week later and they said it had been delivered&told me the address&the address was incorrect.<br> They assured me that it would be here in a week but I am still waiting.<br> <br> I have missed out on 2 months of cashback because of this, which would have amounted to R600.<br> <br> Please help me
