no call back as promised

Last week thursday i called patience twala about my query she refused to take my call claiming that she will call me back but nothing till today. She was meant to process a refund years ago n its still not done. Im also still waiting for a refund Marvin promised me and i still can not entre gym. *** man yol are useless
