No action from the call centre

No answers from the call centre.I contacted the call centre over a 2 weeks ago requesting help to synch my fitbit.The lady I spoke to was brilliant and was very patient with me in trying to help me with the problem.They gave me a reference number - 284624 and said they would get back to me as something needed to be done or reset on their side.Ive tried repeatedly to contact the call centre but have been unable to get through to them.So this is the only way to get some kind of action to solve the problem Please can someone get back to me to solve this issue.
