No accountability taken and bad service

I achieve my goal on a weekly basis and I exercise 5 times a week. When contacting Discovery Vitality to inform them that they did not award my goal which I deserve they apologised for a technical error on their side. Subsequently I received a mail stating that they will not be awarding me my plan and my goal as the detail was sent through too late. This is unacceptable.
