New Vitality Active Rewards Points System

The changes to the Vitality Active Rewards points system are extremely unfair. While I understand the shift to \placing more emphasis on data which is both verifiable and clinically relevant\" in order to avoid gaming of the system by members, that does not explain the changes made in other categories to make the goals considerably harder to achieve. For example, on the current system a 45min workout at moderate heart rate (60%+) earns you 300 points. On the new system, you would earn 0 for the same workout. They even changed the definition of moderate HR (from 60% to 70% of your max HR) and for vigorous HR (from 70% to 80%). It's ridiculous. I suspect the rewards are costing them too much and now they have to make it more difficult to achieve goals in order to avoid and recoup some of that cost. What's stopping them from making the goals even more difficult to achieve? Discovery have locked people into the Apple Watch \"contract\" and a few months down the line change the rules of the game. Is this even legal?"
