New Travel Booster totally flawed!

<p>As a Vitality / Discovery Card User, users would always be able to receive an additional 15% discount on Vitality Hotel Bookings made through Kulula.com. As of recently, this "perk" has disappeared altogether. Called Vitality/Discovery Card - who said that my "criteria" caused me to lose out on this benefit. The criteria is as follows: 1) Minimum spend on Discovery Card (mine was OK) 2) Vitality Status (mine was Gold, so also OK) 3) How much you actually claim on your medical aid - I can't remember the exact wording, but apparently I had claimed too much. Where is the connection between a medical aid and a credit card? My argument is, if I was in a major accident, should I just refuse treatment, or not claim, simply because I want discount on a future hotel booking? This is ABSURD Discovery/Vitality - minimum spend and vitality status I can understand - but what does my medical conditions have to do with this?</p>
