New Points System
I took up the Vitality Active Rewards Apple Watch promotion, as I am very often out of the country and it offered an alternative means of achieving my points for being active.

I do understand the reasoning behind the changes to the points system, but some of the changes are unfair and achievable.

They used to give 5*** steps = 50 points, 10***9 steps = 100 points and 12,500 + steps = 300 points. Whilst I agree that there is not a big steps difference between 10,000 and 12,500 to justify 200 extra points and I agree that 5000 steps is too low for any reward, I think that a flat rate of 100 points is a bit unfair.

I was out of the country for the last week, for example, therefore unable to attend Virgin Active or Park Run. On Monday 4th of April I did 20,894 steps along with a considerable amount of cycling and swimming in tough conditions and all I got was 100 points!

May I suggest when assessing all these claims that you make a more achievable and fair way of awarding points, such as 100 points per 10,000 steps for example?
