NEVER USE VITALITY FOR FLIGHTS, THEIR NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE

I am very frustrated. I booked flights from JHB to London on BA through Vitality travel. I needed to change the date of the flights and spent over 2.5hrs on hold waiting for no one to answer the phone. I also emailed several times. I have now received a response 4 days later when the price of flights have sky rocketed and they are expecting me to pay another R5k to change my flight. If my call had been answered or my email responded to in the 48hrs promised there would have been no change fee in my flight. It actually would have been cheaper for me to book directly with BA and a lot less stressful. I have messaged Vitality both on Facebook as well as responding to an email that they finally sent me this morning and the responses have been less than helpful and i still cannot actually get anyone to call me or find a number to call.

If you want peace of mind, no stress and actual customer service, book directly with an airline, NEVER USE VITALITY. As a comparison, I had a flight with Qatar cancelled the day before I booked this flight through Vitality, Qatar have been quick to respond and if I phone them, I get through in less than a minute so they cannot claim that COVID and flight cancellations is the reason for their poor service. I can even get through to BA, but they can't help me because the flight was booked through vitality.
