Never sort out the issue

Regarding the WRefNo#***#

More and more disappointed, Discovery only back to me after long time I post my review in Hellopeter, only send me apologize with out solving any issue.

1- still they need to pay me for debiting my account by the title of penalty fee (not having insurance previously) with out my acknowledge and mistakly which even i approved I had insurance. And still for few months they didn't credit back.

2- And so much investigation and wasting time for getting authorization, which was the part of policy to do certain exam every year, which finally I gave up to follow with them.

3- This is the insurance which is only good for GP visit.

4- And attracting the costumers with Vitality benefits which is coming along, but my idea, you can have any others insurance that could be much cheaper which behave same policy as Doscovery and pay for the all the benefits of vitality from your pock, you will save alot.
