NEVER BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH VITALITY- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disgusted and frustrated with Vitality and Comair. Worst service ever. I have been struggling since 13 Feb to get my refund for my flight ticket that was cancelled due to Covid.

18 days ago I spent 4 hours on the phone AGAIN with Vitality and they promised I will have my refund within 48 hours and it was logged and will be resolved. To date - ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK
