My Vitality points do not update from my Polar

As from February 2016 my Polar monitor's action recorded data does not automatically update to Discovery Vitality. They keep on promising it will be set right within 48 hours and now I still await to see the change after a full month has passed. I did everything they suggested and still no joy.
