My son is a beneficiary on two profiles but he can

I took up a life cover with discovery a few years ago and added vitality onto the portfolio with my son the his ****her took up a medical aid with discovery with vitality and my son is obviously a beneficiary on his portfolio. About three months ago he was removed from my vitality and I was unable to book flights for him and he lost all his vitality benefits. When I made an enquiry with vitality I was told that my son was a beneficiary on two profiles, because of that he had lost all his vitality benefits but funny enough this was never picked up when the ****her added him and took over a year for it to be picked up which means the Discovery vitality system does not work correctly. I spoke to my broker and this was fixed now it has happened again for the third time and the agent that was helping me told me that the child needs to be removed from either my life cover (Im not sure what will happen should he have an accident or anything like it)/removed from the medical aid (which means he has to go to a public hospital) just because discovery life has failed to either link the current vitality to the medical aid/prevent duplicates instead of charging twice for a yr only to remove him <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Discovery Life to Discovery Vitality &amp
