My baby is almost here and I still don't have my Discovery Baby Discount Card

<p>I have logged up to 4 requests for my Discovery Baby Discount Card in March and since then have had to call into the call centre at least 6 times trying to get the card as it hasn't been recieved. I have spoken to several consultants, from Loyiso to Nomfundo and today Evette all who have promised to confirm dispatch of the card but am still waiting. My baby is due next month already and I haven't recieved my Discount Card so am unable to use my benefit which is both annoying and disappointing. Vitality Baby used to be so well run but the benefits have been watered down and now the service is falling short as well.</p>
