Multiply to Vitality conversion

As a result of Bankmed switching to Discovery as their administrators in 2016, I was offered a matching status on Vitality in 2015. I have been on the highest tier (Private Club) on Multiply for the last three years, yet Vitality are only willing to offer me their Gold tier when a colleague of mine who was on Platinum at Multiply was also switched across to the Vitality Gold level. Can you please address as I do not think that you are applying a fair process in respect of the initial offer that was presented to me.
