Monthly Vitality Subtractions

I recently discovered that Discovery has been subtracting an amount for Vitality benefits on a monthly basis. I never acknowledge commitment toward this, because I think it is an absolute waste of money. On request I was told that they cannot give me a written proof because I apparently approved some phone call back in 2013 which is absolute nonsense because I would never have accepted such a scheme. I would like to hear this recording whereby I apparently accepted Vitality.
