<p>I injured myself on 8/4/2016 - tore off ligaments in my ankle - took me 3 months to get Vitality to wave the apple watch benefits ( ********** 789 ) they kept deducting money off my Discovery credit card - even thou they said they would wave the fees - i could not walk for 3 months - i sent them the medical information and certificate from my doctor - clearly booking me off from 8/4/2016 till 8/6/2016 - they took money 10/5/2016 - R122.90 - they took money 10/06/2016 245.79 and then again on 11/7/2016 - each time i call they tell me they will give me feedback this is real BS they never come back to you ( ********** 192) my advice NEVER deal with Vitality they give Discovery a BAD NAME benefits</p>

I called them - on the 1st of August they said my refund would be done on the 10th - here we are at 15th .... STILL NO REFUND - YOU PEOPLE ARE USELESS
