On the 23rd January 2018 I Sent DM via Twitter to Discovery SA that I would like to cancel my Vitality account asap cause I saw no use of it just that my money wasted and it increased to R329. I got respond the next day 24th January . On the 30th January 2018 I received a call from one off the consultant she confirmed with me that on the 23rd February 2018 it will be my late payment/deduction since they need 30 day cancellation .. email off confirmation was sent that 28 February 2018 vitality has been cancelled . NOW ITS MARCH ..ON THE 23RD March I see another deduction from Vitality on my payslip I sent the 5 messages via Twitter they chose to ignore since I want answers and my money bac****
