Missing Miles

On the 15th for the Discovery Miles Ð-Day, I purchased Takealot. There was a technical problem on the Discovery page and the purchase failed. Even though the transaction failed, the amount was reserved and deducted from my balance and no mention of it was made on the transaction list. It's been 10 days of logging calls en sending social media messages trying to reverse the miles reservation and get refunded. It is unbelievable that something as simple as a reversal is so complicated for Discovery that after 10 days they are still unable to refund the missing miles
