Missed the mark

Sent my first running license at the end of January and received the usual "we'll get back to you in 3 working days". Thought I'd give them a chance since I don't have any upcoming races. I sent that again on 1 April, and the standard is back to you in 3 working days. Today is the 9th and crickets. Always a horrible experience whenever I have to contact Discovery for team vitality queries
