Misled by iStore Eastgate/Vitality Discovery

I am disgusted in Vitality - I logged a complaint about being materially misled by their partner - iStore Eastgate - with them in early Oct under reference number *** and despite numerous broken promises the issue has still not been resolved. The only responses received is when I re-escalate the matter and then get the same lie that they will get back to me. This is not good enough Discovery.
