Misleading Public/False Advertising

I bought 2x Polar Loops Activity Trackers. Before I purchased I did my homework going through all the activity trackers supposedly supported by Discovery Vitality. It is supposed to count my steps and accumulate points for amount of steps taken. No points accumulated. Clearly on their web page it states Heart Rate Monitor OR ACTIVITY TRACKER. On the documentation downloaded form Discovery it states clearly either [URL Removed] OR [URL Removed] However when linked the device it does not link to [URL Removed] but only to [URL Removed] The Loop syncs with [URL Removed] All the adverti*****ts form Dischem, Clicks, Sportsmanwarehouse etc have the Discovery Vitality logo on it. Some of the boxes even have the Discovery Vitality sticker on it. I spoke to the sales person who also confirmed I can accumulate points with the Polar Loop. However phoning Discovery Vitality they state it is not a supported device. They said they will contact me on Monday 9 Feb. Still have not heard anything from them.
