Unprofessional assistance received from the discovery vitality team, mail was sent and link provided, no information on link with regards to an explanation, once clicked on it just takes you to the acceptance page and there after you will be charged on your debit order the new amount, no form of proper information given on email, and it is just a money making scheme that the brand is trying to achieve out of us consumers, had to go through a lengthy detailed process of canceling because once link is clicked you have accepted the added on vitality benefit permanently without being discussed with or any form of explanation on the site, please assist.
