MISLEADING INFORMATION AND DECEIT

I received an email from Discovery vitality which stated the following on 5 Feb from [Email Removed]<br> <br> Your discount will change to 60% from January 2015 however we will pay you 7% of your monthly membership fee multip**** by the number of months left in your 12 month contract. You will get R518.00 in cash back, which covers the difference in the discount for the period between 01 January and 31 October. We will pay this into the account you use to pay your monthly gym membership.<br> <br> Upon calling the consultant this morning I was told that it was sent in error and my premiums will be reduced and I wiol not get cash back. Ridculous! When was I going to be informed of this 'error'? This is ***** and misleading and I would like to be paid back this money as promised because this is unprofessional and sneaky!!
