Misinformation

Hi, my name is Humphrey Mabeba. I received a call from one of discovery vitality consultants who convinced me to add vitality onto my medical aid. I was told that I will be given 3 months free trial & afterwards will contribute a monthly fee of R99 should I decide to go ahead with the service. I was shocked when I received an email on 27/03/2023 stating that I have been registered for vitality and my contribution is R329 and that my membership will commence from the 1st of April 2023. When I called them to cancel, they told me I need to contact my HR because the payment has already been processed. I called them again today since I couldn't get any joy from my HR and I got the same response from them. Now they will be deducting money from my salary for a service that I'm not using.
