Misinformation

<p>I have recently tried to use the car rental benefit with my vitality points. Only to discover that it doesn't apply. On kulula website it states that you need to book 6 hrs in advance but after talking to the vitality consultant I discovered that it is in fact 48hrs. Nowhere on the app or the discovery website could I find this information. It is really disappointing trying to use your benefits only to discover that all the hidden conditions makes it impossible for you to do so. I think these conditions need to be made clear from the start.</p>
